**Hotel costs are based on shared rooms.  They include buffet or continental breakfasts, some meals, and a group festive celebration.

Financial Aid:  Six $500 scholarships will be awarded on a merit basis.  To apply, enclose a one-page resume; a one-page statement of goals and objectives outlining what you plan to accomplish by participating; a brief financial statement of the aid you have received or applied for so far and the resources of your own you will use to participate; and your most recent grade transcript.  The deadline for financial aid applications is March 1, 2005.

Deposit:  A $400 deposit must accompany your application for processing.  The deposit can be paid by check or credit card.  Credit cards are not accepted by AU for the balance of the bill.  The deposit is fully refundable until March 15, 2005.

Penalties:        Withdrawal after 3/15/05:         loss of deposit

The following penalties are calculated on a three credit basis and include the special fee:

                        Withdrawal after 4/15/05:         25% of total cost

                        Withdrawal after 5/1/05:           50% of total cost

                        Withdrawal after 5/10/05:         75% of total cost
