Membership Benefits

Each stakeholder will have an opportunity:

  • To learn and understand the interests, assumptions, and concerns of the others;
  • To influence the decisions of other stakeholders;
  • To study the latest data, research, and analysis of the topic under discussion; and
  • To jointly explore solutions to the bedeviling policy implementation issues.

Agencies will have an opportunity to explore policy implementation issues with the other stakeholders who have considerable influence over whether the polices created are implemented.

Unions and Manager Associations will have an opportunity to inform other stakeholders about the “real world” experienced by their members, how that world inhibits effective policy implementation, and how the identified barriers may be removed.

The consulting and technology community will learn what problems are on the minds of policy implementers, barriers to policy implementation, and have an opportunity to inform the other stakeholders about cutting edge business processes and technology, which may support more effective, efficient policy implementation.

Congressional Representatives and congressional staff will have a private forum to discuss congressional intent, congressional expectations, and to learn how difficult it is to implement legislated public policy.
